Return/Exchange & Cancellation Policy
- Please note that we do not accept returns. However, exchanges can be made. Please refer to our exchange policy.
- Refunds can only be made in the case of cancellation. Please view our cancellation policy for the same.
- All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.
- We offer exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery. Once your exchange query has been accepted by our team, a notification will be sent to your registered email and your order will be picked up by the delivery partner.
- In lieu of the exchanged merchandise, one can buy any other merchandise of the same or higher value by paying the difference.
- Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier partner is unable to pick up the shipment, you will have to send the shipment back to the warehouse address. Reverse pick-up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pincode.
- Please note that once your order has been received at the warehouse, it will go through a quality check and once approved, your exchange query will be processed further.
- Estimated delivery of all exchange queries fall between 7-10 working days.
- If an exchange in size cannot be fulfilled due to availability of stock, we will make sure to have this exchanged for another product.
- For all return orders, refunds will be issued in the form of a credit note. This will be shared on your registered email address.
- Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped for the purpose of exchanging. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, or damaged, we won’t proceed further with the query.
- If issues still persist, kindly drop us an email with your name and order id on reignverseclothing@gmail.Com. We are available monday- friday between 10.00 am – 5.00 pm. All pending queries will be solved on within 1-2 days working days.
- Lost packages we are not responsible for packages lost by the mail couriers, and you will have to reach out directly to the courier to open a missing package claim with them. They will be able to better assist in locating your package, as we have no visibility on your package once it leaves our warehouse.
- Refund policy we process refunds in the form of store credit in the case of cancelled orders, payments are refunded back to the same card that was used.
- No refunds are provided for products sold during any sale/promotions.
- The product has not been worn, cleaned or tampered with by you.
- The brand tags, original packaging material, accompanying accessories are intact and not altered, damaged or discarded by you.
- The product is not altered, unless proven vendor defect.
- Exchange is being initiated against the order under which it was bought and the product matches our records.
- There is no foul odour, perfume, stains, dents, scratches, tears or damage on the product.
- The product(s) if bought as a set should be exchanged as the complete set.
- Products should be in unused, undamaged, unwashed and in a saleable condition.
- We are satisfied that the product has not been rendered defective or unusable.
Return policy –
We have a 5 day return policy, which means you have 5 day after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the damaged condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. raise a requiest by 24 hours

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like bulk orders.
Exchanges – If approved, Exchnage of products will be processed and exchnage products will be delivered by 5 days from the time/date after approval.
RELACEMENT – If approved, Replacement of products will be processed and replaced products will be delivered by 5 days from the time/date after approval.
Refund Policy –
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 to 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
